Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Ichsan Takwa, a sole proprietor based in Indonesia, who operates Sentraway ("we", "us", "our"). By using Sentraway you agree to them. If you are using Sentraway on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. What Sentraway does

Sentraway connects to your Google Merchant Center account, reads your product data and product statuses, identifies products that Google has disapproved or marked as not eligible, explains the item-level issues responsible in plain language, and writes corrections back to the affected product attributes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to connect the Google Merchant Center account you link. You are responsible for keeping your access to Sentraway secure.

4. Connecting your Google Merchant Center account

Sentraway requires you to grant a single Google permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content, in order to function. By connecting your account you authorise us to read your product data and product statuses, and to write corrections to product attributes, as described in these terms and in our privacy policy.

You may disconnect at any time, from inside Sentraway or from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting ends our access immediately.

5. Changes we make to your products

Sentraway modifies product attributes in your Merchant Center account in order to resolve disapprovals. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your product data and for compliance with Google's Shopping ads policies and Merchant Center requirements.

You should review changes Sentraway proposes or applies. We are not responsible for the commercial consequences of a corrected product listing, including its performance, its pricing or Google's decisions about it.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use Sentraway only for accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use Sentraway to submit products that breach Google's policies or applicable law.
• Comply with the Google Merchant Center terms that apply to your account.

7. Fees

Any fees, and the plans they apply to, will be presented to you before you incur them. We will give you notice before introducing or changing fees for a service you already use.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Sentraway available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sentraway depends on Google's APIs, which may change, rate-limit or become unavailable outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Sentraway is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that using Sentraway will result in the approval of any product, in increased traffic, or in increased sales.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of Sentraway.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sentraway at any time by disconnecting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use threatens the security or integrity of the service. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify connected users by email before it takes effect, and we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Sentraway after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of Indonesia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
